Espace Jean-Hugues Anglade - 1 min

This former municipal theater was named Espace Jean-Hugues Anglade in honor of the actor who spent part of his childhood in Langeais. The Space hosts theater, concerts and events all year round offered by the Langeaisian associations and the City. The cinema activity resumed in October 2007, led by a team of volunteers, with the support of the city and in partnership with Ciné-Off. The Langeais-Clap association was created in 2010.

Espace culturel La Douve - 5 min

Exhibitions

Since its opening in 1996, this exhibition hall has welcomed more than 110,000 visitors, making it one of the most frequented halls in the department, outside the greater Tours area. Many prestigious exhibitions have been presented there (R. Combas, JJ Martin, L. Kretz, the Corolle dolls, Blachon, Mose, or even PIEM, J. Voyet, D. Spiessert, Ph. Périvong, P. Matter, B Sellier, L. Bouro, F. Chabot, R. and J. Guittier among others). Not to mention the long-awaited events such as Nouvelle Donne, the Ceramic and Glass Biennials or even the playtimes.

Piscine de plein air - 5 min

This Indre-et-Loire swimming pool is located in the Leisure Park, it offers a beautiful view of the lake. A solarium allows you to relax after swimming. The establishment is only open during the summer season, at various times. All the rest of the year, swimmers can go for a swim at the Luynes swimming pool.

Located in old quarries of faluns 35 km from Tours, the Lac d'Hommes is ideal for relaxing and swimming in a large natural space and in clear water in complete safety (supervised swimming in summer). La guinguette des Farmers welcomes you by the beach from June 15 to September 15 to eat with a view of the lake. Activities on the nautical base of Lac d'Hommes: water park with a giant inflatable structure (the happiness of children ... and adults!), Paddle, kayak, pedal boat, first scuba diving, volleyball court on the beach, games for children, concert and dance floor, fishing, bike trails around the lake and running.
